Alocasia reginula ‘Black Velvet’ is a royal gem among alocasias. The regal velvety dark, almost black leaves contrast beautifully with the silver-white veins. A great choice if you don’t have a lot of space because it remains compact throughout its life.

LIGHT: Bright indirect light, but tolerates lower light. Avoid direct light.
WATER: Let the soil almost dry out between watering during growing season. Allow soil to completely dry out in the winter. Likes humidity, so give it a spritz!
FERTILIZER: Feed once a month during Spring and Summer with a diluted liquid fertilizer.
SOIL: Well draining soil.
