6” Pellaea Rotundifolia, Button Fern shown

Pellaea Rotundifolia, Button Fern has shiny small round, dark green leaves on shorter fronds that grow only 10” long. However, these cute fronds still maintain the attractive delicate arch of a fern. Considered a tough fern because it is more forgiving of not keeping it consistently moist.

  • LIGHT: Bright indirect light.

  • WATER: Let the top few inches of soil dry out between watering. Do not over water. Tip: Look at the tips of the leaves to see if they are green. If they are starting to dry out, water more frequenly.

  • FERTILIZER: Feed over other week during the Spring and Summer with a diluted water-soluble fertilizer.

Contactless delivery available in SF, Oakland, Emeryville, Berkeley, Albany and Alameda. Free for orders over $30. $10 delivery fee for elsewhere in the Bay. Pick ups can be arranged in West Oakland.
