6” Tradescantia Nanouk Tricolor shown

Tradescantia Nanouk Triclor is known for its stripes of white, green, silver, and pink colored foliage. Its almost florescent pink underside gives it its exquisite beauty. The leaves grow densely along sturdy vining stems, and are on the larger side compared with other Tradescantia species. This plant is very easy to care for, a vigorous grower, and its trailing growth habit make it a great choice for a hanging planter.

  • LIGHT: Bright indirect light is needed to keep the tricolor variegation. Direct light will burn the leaves. Too little light and the leaves will turn green.

  • WATER: Water when the pot is dry halfway down. Loves humidity and regular misting.

  • FERTLIZER: Optional monthly feeding during the summer with a diluted water-soluble fertilizer.

Contactless delivery available in SF, Oakland, Emeryville, Berkeley, Albany and Alameda. Free for orders over $30. $15 delivery fee for elsewhere in the Bay. Pick ups can be arranged in Oakland.
