A large statement cactus that is highly sculptural and textured with its ribbed stems in a beautiful bluish green color. A low maintenance plant that makes a dramatic statement indoors, but also an excellent choice for a balcony or patio. Indoor it can grow to be 6 feet and outdoor up to 30 feet!

  • LIGHT: Direct sunlight or bright indirect light. Too much direct sun can cause a sunburn. If you want to keep it in full sun all day, gradually increase the amount of direct sun.

  • WATER: Drought tolerant. Let soil dry out between watering and then give it a thorough watering, getting all areas of the soil and root ball wet.. Do not over water or let sit in water, which will cause root rot. Water requirements differ depending on environment and time of year, but a safe place to start is watering once a month.

  • SOIL: Well draining, gritty cactus soil.

  • FERTILIZER: Feed once in spring with a diluted fertilizer.
